When the children are very young, and there is no extra time to fully maintain the household, the family will hire additional domestic help to perform deep cleaning of the home. But if the children attend school, the nanny can have full charge of the household while they are gone. It is expected that this nanny housekeeper will receive higher pay to hold both positions.

Housekeepers

We provide housekeepers for every household need. A housekeeper’s main responsibility is to perform a general household cleaning. This includes making sure all assigned areas of the home are clean, neat, and tidy and any indoor house cleaning and organizing tasks assigned by the employer that may regularly include cleaning “projects” (e.g., cleaning and organizing a messy closet). Typical responsibilities are vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, replacing bed linen as needed, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen, and household laundry and ironing. Some positions may also include cooking or food preparation.

Housekeepers can be hired on a weekly or hourly salary. Since every individual and family has different needs, there are varying availabilities:
• Live In (5-6 days per week)
• Full Time Live Out (40 hours plus per week)
• Part Time Live Out (16-30 hours per week)
• Temporary Live In/Out

When we place a housekeeper for you we recommend you spend the first few days with her. Though all our placements are experienced, each household has different expectations and this ensures all work is performed exactly as you would like.

Party Helpers

Party helpers will assist you on many different occasions such as, birthday parties, holiday parties, or any general parties that you need help with. They may help with room decorations, setting up tables, preparing food, replenish dishes and after party clean-up. A party helper can be hired for parties in the home or for parties held in other locations such as hotels or community centers.
